The Revolution Against Evolution team recently took a TV crew to the Paluxy River in Glen Rose Texas to videotape an excavation of dinosaur and human tracks found in the river banks and the river bed. Part of the adventure was a wade in the Paluxy River looking for the famous Taylor trail, where many of the best tracks were found and excavated in previous years. A wet summer left the river with 1 - 3 feet of water, and unfortunately most of these tracks were buried in silt.

But this did provide us with the adventure of our lives: an encounter with a water moccasin. It had caught a catfish and was ready to devour its lunch when our guide, one of the local Texans, hoisted it up on a long pole for everyone to videotape. Then, he drops it on the river bank, and it immediately dives into the water, heads straight for the cameraman, Rich Geer and swims between his legs. Here is the video clip that he took of his experience.
