Description: The Bible gives a complete history of the world from Adam to Christ. Many people have examined the scriptures and are able to piece together this history. Early scholars such as Isaac Newton and Ussher put together much of the timeline we know today. Later chronologers such as Mauro, Anstey, Lightfoot, did a lot of research to solve problems where the scriptures weren’t straightforward in declaring the genealogy. The timeline of the Bible does not jive with the records of Ptolemy and conclusions of archaeologists. But, what is the real story?
