With Dennis Siler Dennis Siler is one of the directors of the Living Waters Bible Camp in Westby, Wisconsin. He teaches children how to recognize and receive God through examining His creation. He shows that Romans Chapter 1 tells us that everyone has the knowledge of God and is without excuse because He has shown His existence through His creation.
