Kerby Rials is a missionary to Belgium, and he discusses the spiritual climate of Europe. It is interesting that there are atheist churches there that conduct weddings and funerals, but he observes that their atheism is only skin-deep. Deep down, according to Kerby, there are no real atheists. When times get tough, they pray.
