The Western Book of the Dead

Guests: Doug Sharp and Rich Geer

In 1970, a little tract was published by Inter-Varsity Press called the Western Book of the Dead. It was a parody of postmodern culture brought about by the assumptions of evolution where nothing became something, life came from chemicals and that man resulted. It also assumed that the rumor of God and His son was an invention of man. The results are that love becomes meaningless and culture dies. Man ceases to be man, and instead becomes the most terrifying animal on the face of the earth.
