Frogs
Ray Gates is a professor of biology at Cornerstone University. One of his specialties is studying the different species of frogs that dwell in Michigan. Frogs have many unique features of design that are not found in other types of creatures. Frogs go through a metamophosis from egg to tadpole to frog. They begin life in the water like a fish and later develop legs and lungs to live on land and in the water. This is an amazing transformation. Virtually every organ and body sys

Grand Canyon Strata Mixup
In 1986, the Creation Research Society commissioned a study of a spot on the North Kaibab trail in the Grand Canyon where the strata are interbedded, but the gap between the Cambrian and Mississippian strata is 200 million evolutionary years. Because these layers are inter-tongued and there is good integrity between the layers, it indicates that these were all part of the same event and the 200 million years didn’t exist.

Marching to Zion
Ian Juby is the guest on this show. He produces a TV show in Canada called Genesis Week. Zion National Park is a perfect example of the flood model that Ian was able to demonstrate with experimental flumes he built at the Creation Evidence Museum with Carl Baugh and M. E. Clark. Throughout Zion Park, layers of rock exhibit crossbedding, which Ian was able to duplicate with his flume experiments. In many places the Coconino sandstone has amphibian tracks which start out with h

Nevada Upheaval
The geology of Nevada poses a number of insurmountable problems for evolution. The Biblical account of Noah’s Flood explains a lot of what we see if we know what to look for. West of Las Vegas, Nevada, the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area is a park where the geology is upside down. The rocks are out of order, Cambrian, Jurassic, Triassic and Permian, with the old Cambrian layer on top of the younger Jurassic. 75 miles away, in Valley of Fire State Park to the northeast of La

Exploring the Field
In this episode, we will describe various destinations where you can examine the geological features of the world yourself. I will tell you how to get there, what to look for, and who you might consult at the site.
Usually there is a visitor’s center at the various parks, and you can obtain literature that will give the standard evolutionary perspective explaining how geologists interpret what you are looking at. They are looking at the same evidence a creationist sees, but

Importance of Creation Geology and Where People Get Stuck
The Bible is God’s Word. We can believe that, or we can rely on the words of men who weren’t there and are unable to observe what happened in real time and believe something else. If the Bible is true, it then brings to life ancient history. The gospels of Matthew and Luke record the genealogy from Adam to Jesus Christ, naming all of the generations of individuals. These records match the names listed in the book of Genesis, so that means that the disciples of Jesus took Gene

Origins of Evolutionary Geology
Ancient pagan cultures and accompanying myths had their origins based upon long eons of time. The writers of the books of the Bible, though they were aware of these myths, chose to record the history of the world in this young world timeframe. The majority of church fathers, such as Basil the Great (329-379 AD), Origen (182-251 AD) and Augustine (354-430 AD) believed the days of creation to be 6 24-hour days and that the world was less than 10,000 years old.
About 300 years

The Creation Account’s Impact on Biblical Truth?
Is the creation account important to Christianity and the truth of the account of the Bible? Some people try to reconcile the narrative of evolution to the days of creation in the Bible. Others treat the first few chapters of Genesis as a myth or legend. But the Bible, containing 66 books written by 40 authors, a best seller over the ages, is confirmed by archaeology and first century historians, the Jewish people and Biblical prophesies fulfilled. Throughout the Bible, the c

Geology Exhibits Amazing Beauty
If you stand on the rim of the Grand Canyon watching the sunset or gaze through the mist over the Na Pali coast on the island of Kauai, you would be quite a cynic to refuse to give glory to God. Even if you realize that these geological feature are remnants of the great flood, the fact is that there is a tremendous measure of beauty in the artistry of colors. Beauty is not a quality that is measurable scientifically. It is something that is self-evident to the eye of the beho

Creation Geology Explained
Two quick hits in the news: new sub viral snippets of code in the human digestive tract called “obelisks” that have specific jobs, and speculations about the inner ear of a fossil ape helping it to walk upright.
Then a discussion of chapter 2 of Don’t Let Your Geology Mess Up Your Theology: Creation Geology Explained. This is an outline of the interpretation of of geologic formations from a Biblical Flood model. It starts with the creation of the earth and its landforms on th

The Geology Story in the Bible
Doug Sharp’s book Don’t Let Your Geology Mess Up Your Theology reveals that there is a geology story in the Bible that is quite specific. It makes statements that causes you to make a choice. Either you believe it to be true or believe that it is false. A third choice is to read into it a different intrepretation other than its straightforward meaning. For example, the very first verse, “In the beginning God created the heaven and earth” refutes atheism, materialism, Deism, un

It’s not About the Evidence
I find it amazing that many people decide to reject the Bible and God, especially since we now have many creationist organizations that expose the bankruptcy of the Darwinian worldview and that the message of creation is readily available for anyone who wants to seek it. But for most people, even those who go to church, seeking a relationship with God is often the last thing on their mind. It’s not about the evidence for God, it’s the lack of desire to know Him.

Distant Starlight
Evolutionists often use the problem of distant starlight as a gotcha argument against the Biblical creation event occurring thousands of years ago. Indeed, the account of creation in the Bible does not pretend to be anything less than miraculous, and if we have a creator God who is omniscient and powerful, transcending space and time, He is capable of carrying this out. If we expect then for the physics of light to follow the exact same parameters and rules we see today, we i

Did Your Brain Evolve?
Belief in evolution is a puzzling conundrum. What about your brain? If you believe that you are a product of random chance evolution, is your brain also a product of random chance evolution? If so, how can you insist that you can know anything about anything? The very foundation of logic is thrown out the window. Indeed, there are some evolutionists who argue this very thing; that there is no truth. That is a claim that demolishes itself by its own standard. After all, is tha

Solving the Persian Puzzle
The Bible gives a complete history of the world from Adam to Christ. Many people have examined the scriptures and are able to piece together this history. Early scholars such as Isaac Newton and Ussher put together much of the timeline we know today. Later chronologers such as Mauro, Anstey, Lightfoot, did a lot of research to solve problems where the scriptures weren’t straightforward in declaring the genealogy. The timeline of the Bible does not jive with the records of Pto

Septuagint Chronology
The Bibles we use today were translated from the original languages of Hebrew and Greek, and we have copies that date from the times of the early Christian church. The Masoretic manuscript is the one that was used by chronologers like Ussher to give a date of 4004 BC for the creation. But the Septuagint Greek text, which was older, differs in the dates when the patriarchs had their children, and that stretches the timeline out to about 5225 BC. That, of course, doesn’t help t

River Deltas are Young
The deltas of the world’s major rivers do not contain enough sediment for millions of years of erosion. If you look at the major watersheds of North America, the deltas of the Mississippi, St. Lawrence, Colorado, and Columbia River watersheds show very little sediment. Except for the bird’s foot delta of the Mississippi, all of them are estuaries where the flow of the river exits into a wide basin.
The rate of sediment flowing in the Mississippi River is an average 436,000 to

The Great Oxygenation Event
You wouldn’t believe what an unbeliever has to believe in order to be an unbeliever.
Origin of life experiments require a primitive atmosphere without oxygen in order for amino acids, nucleotides, and proteins to evolve. The biochemical building blocks of life could not form when exposed to oxygen. But they must assume that photosynthetic bacteria evolved and produced an oxygen supply to support life.
This creates a dilemma: Oxidation is an enemy of the formation of the build

Technology of Bees
Bees are uniquely designed to fly in a manner that rivals that of stunt pilots. They have a compass that detects the polarization of sunlight. They have gyroscopes, airspeed gauges, and UV sensors to measure the tilt of the horizon. Their compound eyes have 7,000 hexagonal facets, which are tiny tubes containing their own lens and light-detecting cells. Each tube enables them to see in all directions.
These tubes are hexagonal in shape, which like the honeycomb, is the most e
